At Vindex, we are currently looking for a forward-thinking and unpretentious Interim Group Business Controller for an assignment. The role is central and broad, with a strong focus on group-level reporting, process improvement, and operational support. In this role, you will work at the group level together with the operational companies to ensure accurate reporting, forecasts, and decision-making support.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the group's overall reporting at the group level
• Compile and analyze reports at the group level and provide support to business areas within the group
• Prepare analyses and decision-making support for management and the board
• Work with forecasting and reporting processes, including system support
• Manage reporting for a group with approximately 5 operational companies
• Continuously work with IFRS adjustments
• Support the business related to sales support, deals, and quotation processes
• Participate in and drive operational projects

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone with experience working as a business controller at the group or corporate level and who has very good knowledge of IFRS and group reporting. You are accustomed to working in forecasting and reporting systems and have a strong understanding of processes. You thrive in fast-paced environments.

As a person, you are unpretentious, curious, and solution-oriented. You enjoy being the spider in the web and building relationships with various stakeholders. You have a clear business and customer focus and ensure that decisions work closely with customers and out in the organization. Furthermore, you are comfortable working both strategically and operationally.
