The role: Business Growth Executive
As a Business Growth Executive, you are a key player in the sales team – a relationship builder and growth driver. You will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing contacts with brands and agencies that want to be at the forefront of digital advertising. This is the role for you if you see business development as a creative process – and want to grow into a senior key account or partner role in the long term.
Your tasks
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within media, tech, and marketing
Build and nurture relationships with agencies, marketing managers, and decision-makers
Create, schedule, and drive meetings that lead to business
Support the sales team with research, materials, and strategic presentations
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and analytics to optimize campaigns and customer value
We are looking for someone who
Has 1–3 years of experience in sales, B2B, or business development
Is naturally curious, communicative, and enjoys social settings
Has an interest in digital media, marketing, and tech
Likes to challenge themselves, set goals, and celebrate results
Wants to build long-term customer relationships and work data-driven
