About the role and your responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operational work within contract management, focusing on support for Danish tax. The role serves as an important support in the organization and actively contributes to the continuous improvement of working methods and routines through good service, quality, and compliance.
Your main tasks
Ensure correct and efficient handling of contracts according to set goals and KPIs.
Maintain quality controls as well as follow-up and improvement of processes.
Contribute operationally to change, IT, and business projects related to contract management.
Update job descriptions and instructions and assist with training when needed.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, governance, and internal policies.
Act as an escalation point for issues and complaints related to contract management.
About you
We are looking for someone with administrative experience in contract management as well as a good understanding of customer service and process optimization. You are detail-oriented, driven, and can take initiative. To qualify for the role, we see that you have;
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within customer service or contract management.
Strong process understanding, quality awareness, and the ability to drive initiatives for continuous improvements.
Very good communication skills, with fluent knowledge of a Scandinavian language and English.
