We are now looking for an experienced and business-driven recruiter who wants to work with recruitment from the first client dialogue to completed delivery, in a role with significant responsibility and trust. In the role of recruiter with us, you will have overall responsibility for the recruitment business. You will work closely with our clients, both new and existing, and be confident in independently conducting:

• Client visits and needs analyses
• Consultation on competence supply and organization
• Consultative dialogues where you dare to challenge the client’s view on competence

You will drive the entire recruitment process:

• from requirement profiles and search
• to interviews, candidate dialogue, and selection
• further to presentation, follow-up, and long-term relationships

You are expected to both develop the business and deliver recruitment with very high quality. With us, business, trust, and professionalism always go hand in hand.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is either a recruiter today with at least 3 years of experience, preferably from a recruitment or staffing company. You are used to:

• driving your own recruitment processes
• working business- and consultatively with clients
• building trust with candidates and decision-makers

If you have recruited for professional roles in areas such as finance, administration, or specialist roles, we see this as very positive. The automotive industry then becomes the next natural step in your development.

Alternatively, we are looking for someone with a background in the automotive/car industry who has deep industry knowledge, understanding of the business, and a relevant network. Today you may be working in an administrative, coordinating, or client-facing role. You are curious about recruitment, enjoy dialogue with people, and want to step into a more advisory and consultative role where you match the right competence with the right assignment.
