We are strengthening our team and are now looking for a hotel and conference host

As part of Bosön's hotel and conference team, you will have a varied job in a unique sports environment where no day is the same. Our guests range from young people at training camps or participants in various courses to corporate guests at conferences or private individuals.

You will work in a cheerful team with other hotel and conference hosts in close collaboration with booking, restaurant, and kitchen staff to provide each guest with the best possible service and experience.

About the position

Your main responsibilities include staffing the reception and providing a professional, personal, and warm hospitality to our hotel and conference guests.

Your tasks include;

• Welcoming our guests with a smile and warm hospitality
• Carrying out daily tasks according to routines and checklists
• Managing bookings, check-ins, and check-outs in our hotel system
• Administration such as emails, invoicing, and other systems
• Conference service
• Assisting with conference technology
• Supporting the restaurant when needed

The hotel and conference reception is open Monday - Saturday from 7 AM to 10 PM and Sundays from 7:30 AM to 5 PM. During summer and certain other periods, the opening hours may vary.

The employment rate for the position is 75-80% by agreement, where you will work on a rolling schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who;

• has experience working in a hotel reception and a knack for digital systems
• is used to taking responsibility and leaves nothing to chance
• is structured and has a professional attitude
• is flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoys a fast-paced environment at times
• is a down-to-earth, social, and outgoing person
• loves helping people and is passionate about service
• is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• having an interest in sports and understanding athletes' needs is a plus
