An international company in the FMCG sector is looking for a Prepress/Packaging Project Leader for a consultancy assignment focused on global and local packaging deployment projects.

An international FMCG company in consumer products is in an expansive phase with a significantly increased global launch pace. The overall goal of the assignment is to ensure correct global and local packaging specifications and a successful deployment through technical analysis, close collaboration with stakeholders, and the development of Good-to-Print materials.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating packaging-related deployment activities from idea to market. This includes:

• Assessing technical feasibility and requirements for new packaging solutions
• Ensuring specifications are correctly adapted and comply with established standards
• Identifying and resolving technical and operational challenges during implementation
• Preparing briefs and work orders and coordinating the Good-to-Print process
• Ensuring compliance with labeling requirements and regulatory frameworks
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment
• Contributing to continuous improvements in working methods and processes

Location: Stockholm
Scope: Full-time
Start: February 1, 2026 (or by agreement) until January 31, 2027
Work format: On-site initially, then the possibility of remote work up to 2 days/week
Employment: consultancy assignment via SC

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Academic education in e.g. marketing, business administration, engineering, packaging design, or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Leader or Account Manager, preferably within FMCG/Operations
• Experience in prepress, graphic production, or packaging development
• Good understanding of regulatory and legal requirements related to packaging and labeling
• Fluent in Swedish and English
