Receptionist/Telephone Operator Wanted, 75% position Mon-Fri

Location: Stockholm, Fleminggatan 68 (near Fridhemsplan)

Employment Type: Part-time, 75%, 09:00-15:30 with a 30-minute lunch.

Start: As agreed

We are looking for a service-oriented and positive person who wants to be part of our wonderful team located in beautiful Kungsholmen. The team answers about 1,000 calls a day and the team spirit is high; we support and help each other. The work involves varying pace with a strong work ethic where we value being professional and correct.

As part of the receptionist duties, you will also be the first contact for our visitors and play an important role in creating a welcoming impression.

Your responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails in our contact center.
• Welcome visitors and provide them with a professional and friendly reception.
• Schedule meetings and manage simpler administrative tasks.
• Mail handling for the company and some of our clients.
• Support colleagues with practical matters as needed.

We believe that you:

• Are social, detail-oriented, and enjoy having order and structure.
• Have good communication skills and enjoy meeting people.
• Have basic computer skills (Office package).
• Master Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
