  • Ensuring that we have relevant and updated processes and documents within various labor law areas, and proactively working on digitization and streamlining these.
  • Developing and conducting training in the labor law area for colleagues and managers in the organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A law degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience working with complex labor law issues.
  • 3–5 years of experience interpreting and applying collective agreements.

It is an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience of independent work and making your own decisions based on your area of expertise.
  • Experience in improvement and development work, for example related to working methods, processes, documentation, collective agreements, or other structures within the labor market area.
  • Experience working consultatively in complex organizations.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a very good ability to collaborate and build relationships. You are confident in your expertise, instill trust, and your partners appreciate your commitment and drive.

You also need to be able to explain complex issues clearly and accessibly and be able to translate how regulations are practically applied in the organization.

Furthermore, you thrive in an organization that is undergoing a transformation journey and are motivated to contribute to the development of the organization.

We place great importance on personal qualities.
