A-Talent Tech is seeking, on behalf of Region Stockholm / Traffic Administration, an experienced Document Coordinator for the Tvärbanan Kistagrenen Program – a large and socially important infrastructure program within public transport.
The program is responsible for the expansion of Tvärbanan between Norra Ulvsunda and Helenelund and is conducted in program form with several parallel projects within land, construction, BEST, and signaling. The assignment is suitable for you who thrive in complex project environments with many stakeholders and high demands on structure, quality, and coordination.
This is a consulting assignment where you will play a central role in the program's work with document control and information management.
About the role
In the role of Document Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating, structuring, and ensuring the quality of all program and project documentation. You will ensure that document management is carried out according to applicable guidelines and act as support to both program management and project organization.
You will work closely with both internal and external parties and also have a coaching and leading role towards resources within the documentation function.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and ensure the quality of program and project documentation
- Be responsible for the document management plan, routines, and working methods
- Administer permissions, folder structures, and spaces in the document management system
- Register documents and manage cases in the diary system
- Be the contact person for the registrar and archivist
- Train and support program members in document management
- Coach and lead resources within the documentation function
- Support projects with administration as needed
Requirements
To be considered for the assignment, we expect you to have:
- Relevant university or YH/KY education in fields such as economics, construction, railway, or information management
- At least 5 years of experience in document coordination in projects or programs within public operations, preferably from larger projects (approximately 500 MSEK or more)
- At least 5 years of experience working with diary and case management systems
- At least 5 years of experience working with project and/or document management systems
- Documented GDPR training completed within the last three years
- At least 5 years of experience leading teams of at least three people
Personal qualities
You are structured, meticulous, and self-driven, with a good ability to see both the big picture and the details. You are communicative and pedagogical and thrive in a coordinating role with many points of contact.
Practical information
- Consulting assignment via A-Talent Tech
- Scope: 100% (40 hours/week)
- Period: February 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027, with the possibility of several years of extension on 1+1+1+1+1
- Location: Stockholm (Kungsholmen / Rissne) with the possibility of remote work
- Possibility of remote work in combination with on-site work
