Assignment Description
A larger organization operating in several Nordic countries is seeking a financial administrator for work within the Order-to-Cash process. The assignment is temporary and is expected to last for approximately six months (2026-01-12 to 2026-06-30).
The relevant finance function works process-oriented with the goal of creating scalable, common solutions at the Nordic level. Within Order-to-Cash, there is an overarching process responsibility that encompasses the entire flow from credit and master data management to order handling, invoicing, accounts receivable, payment allocation, claims management, as well as reporting and closing work. The assignment also includes contributing to continuous process development and improvement, as well as supporting the organization’s internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work with a Nordic team and act as support to the global process owner within the Order-to-Invoice process. You will collaborate closely with both an external outsourcing partner and several internal functions. Responsibilities include, among others:
- Reviewing and handling supplier invoices
- Reviewing and handling internal clearing invoices
- Ongoing and ad hoc invoicing
- Support to the controlling function in revenue analysis and reporting
- Support to internal and external customers as well as the outsourcing partner
- Incident management and follow-up of deviations within the invoicing process
Mandatory Requirements
- High school education with a focus on finance or equivalent
- Several years of experience in similar work within finance or administration
- Experience working in complex organizations with many contact points
- Good understanding of invoicing and master data processes
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working in various ERP systems, preferably larger business systems
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge of additional Nordic languages is an advantage
