A business-oriented and developing recruitment role for you who want to take responsibility for ensuring future competencies.

You will also drive the recruitment process and ensure that the company's internal recruitment needs are met in an efficient and qualitative manner. You will have a clear responsibility for developing and improving the recruitment process as a whole. With your project management skills and strong communication abilities, you create engagement among hiring managers and lead them through the process in an inspiring and professional way.

You will be part of the HR team and support the business in HR administrative matters and system-related tasks. In addition to your recruitment responsibilities, you will contribute together with the team in ongoing HR administrative work and in the joint initiatives that drive the HR function forward.

  • Main Responsibilities – Recruitment 

  • Be responsible for the entire recruitment process from needs analysis to hiring.

  • Recruit primarily within sales and IT, as well as other specialist and support functions as needed.

  • Plan and conduct tests, cases, and structured interviews.

  • Be an advisory partner to managers in the Nordics on recruitment issues and related processes.

  • Build, drive, and maintain candidate pipelines as part of the strategic recruitment work.

  • Train and support managers and ensure quality, accountability, and compliance in internal recruitment processes.

    Experience and Competencies for the Role

    • Documented experience in IT recruitment.

    • Good system familiarity with HR and recruitment systems.

    • Very good administrative skills and structured working methods.

    • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
