About the PositionWe at Middlepoint are now looking for a self-driven and flexible service star for a bank office in Sundbyberg! As a receptionist in this prestigious assignment, you will work in a social and business-oriented environment with opportunities for development. In this role, you will become an important part of a service team where you work at the reception but are expected to assist with various office-related tasks.

Examples of tasks:

• Welcome employees and customers

• Various administrative tasks

• Phone and email

• Rearranging and managing conference rooms

• Bookings and orders

• Receive mail and deliveries

You can independently find solutions to challenges that arise while closely collaborating with your team. Furthermore, we see that you are a positive and unpretentious person who approaches your tasks with great commitment.

Requirements for the Position

• Fluent in Swedish and English

• Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite

• Completed secondary education

About EmploymentEmployment: Permanent with a 6-month initial probationary periodEmployment rate: Full-time 100%Start: Immediately Working hours: Monday to Friday, varying shifts, 07:30-16:00 or 09:00-17:30
