About the PositionAt Middlepoint, we are looking for a new service star to join our team! In this role, you will work at the reception for our client, a financing and business consulting company located in central Stockholm. As a receptionist in this prestigious assignment, you will handle everything related to hospitality and service at the office, ensuring that colleagues and visitors have a great experience and contributing to a stimulating work environment.

• Welcome employees and clients

• Diverse administrative tasks

• Manage coffee machines

• Phone and email

• Responsible for common areas and conference rooms

• Bookings and orders

• Mail handling and deliveries

• Contact with suppliers

Requirements for the Position

• Fluent in Swedish and English

• Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite

• Completed high school education
