We are now looking for an engaged receptionist for a short assignment with our client in Malmö. Here you will have the chance to work in an innovative company with high ambitions – where service, quality, and customer experience are at the center.

As a receptionist, you are the hub of the business and often the first person someone meets. You play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and pleasant work environment for both visitors and colleagues.

The role is varied and suits you who enjoy both pace and calm, who are self-driven but also thrive in a team. As a consultant with us, you will work proactively to simplify the client's everyday life by anticipating needs before they arise and solving them with a smile.
This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting and hired out to our client.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and colleagues in the reception with top-class service
• Handle orders for office supplies, breakfast, and catering
• Answer phone calls, manage emails, book meeting rooms, and register visitors
• Produce access cards and loan cards
• Receive and follow up on error reports.
• Be attentive and helpful in daily operations
• Ensure that the premises are representative and that conference technology works flawlessly

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:
• Has at least a high school education
• Preferably has experience in reception or service roles
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite

As a person, you are confident, attentive, and positive. You have a genuine interest in service, are unpretentious, and enjoy creating structure and order. You easily build relationships, contribute to a good atmosphere, and see challenges as part of your work.
