What we can offer you

As a Project Controller at erelko, you have a central role in our projects, where finance, people, and business meet. Your mission is to contribute to a safe, clear, and business-oriented financial management in our projects, while helping to make finance understandable, usable, and hopefully a bit fun for those who work in the projects daily. In this role, you will work closely with our project managers, business leaders, and clients, becoming a natural conversation partner in financial matters. You support, explain, and reason together with others, and thrive in a social everyday life where collaboration and dialogue are just as important as analysis. An important part of the mission is to explain and simplify financial relationships, so that more feel secure in their decisions and see finance as a support in the projects, rather than as a requirement.

You are responsible for the financial management of our projects and act as a business-oriented and strategic support to the project organization and management. This means that you work with rolling forecasts, follow up on project finances, and produce analyses and reports that serve as clear decision-making support. You actively work with project follow-up and profitability analysis and contribute to developing models, tools, and methods that make financial management both efficient and accessible.

The position is based in our offices in Malmö and Helsingborg, with a flexible distribution between the locations. The role is new to us and has an important function in erelko's continued development, giving you the opportunity to influence both content and working methods in close collaboration with colleagues and management. To be considered for the position

To thrive and succeed in the role of Project Controller at erelko, you are a person who enjoys making things happen and is motivated by creating structure and development together with others. You have good analytical skills, but equally important is that you are communicative, pedagogical, and confident in meeting people. You thrive in a role where you both support and challenge our project managers and business leaders, and where you contribute to better decisions in the projects through dialogue and collaboration.

You have a post-secondary education in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience that has given you a solid foundation in financial management. You have worked for a few years with controlling, project finance, or project management and feel comfortable with issues related to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and project follow-up. It is an advantage if you have experience from consulting or other project-intensive organizations, where finance is a natural part of everyday life. You have excellent skills in Excel and preferably experience with Power BI, but we also value your willingness to learn and develop further with us.

As a person, you are analytical, meticulous, and structured, while also being business-oriented and able to communicate clearly and inclusively. You take responsibility for the whole, work independently, and are unpretentious in collaboration with others. You are comfortable in a role with many points of contact and enjoy being close to the business, both internally and in dialogue with the client. You dare to take space, ask questions, and drive processes forward, but do so with attentiveness and respect for others' perspectives.

Practical information

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probationary period. The placement is at our offices in Malmö and Helsingborg, where you flexibly distribute your time between the locations in a sustainable way. The start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.

A driver's license is required for the role, and pool cars are available for use.
