In labor market projects, we are, among other things, a complementary actor to the Employment Service and one of Sweden's leading providers of job matching through the service Rusta och Matcha.

About the position

As a coach within Rusta och Matcha, you work closely with job seekers and support them towards work or education. The role is varied, social, and developing, where you get to use both your experience and your commitment.

You work in a coaching and solution-focused manner, with the opportunity to influence individuals' futures and contribute to the development of the organization.

Examples of tasks:

• Individual guidance and coaching
• Matching against jobs, internships, and education
• Contacts with employers and collaboration with local actors
• Support in application documents and interview preparations
• Digital and physical meetings with participants

Working hours and placement

Extent: Full-time

Working hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00

Placement: Lund & Eslöv

There is some flexibility for remote work in consultation and agreement with the nearest manager.

Requirements

You need to meet at least one of the following options:

Option 1

• At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)
• At least two years of full-time work experience

Option 2

• At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with a passing result
• At least three years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Personnel management with responsibility
• Recruitment

Meritorious

• Good knowledge of the labor market in Lund/Eslöv and surrounding areas
• Established network within business, public sector, or educational actors
• Language skills beyond Swedish
• Good digital competence and experience working in digital systems as well as holding online meetings
• Initiative-taking and results-oriented work approach
