Job Advertisement: Customer Support Agent with Dutch
If you are motivated by providing excellent service and are fluent in Dutch, there is now an opportunity for you to take on the role of an agent in our client's support team. This is a perfect part-time job for students as you can work from home on a flexible schedule. We welcome your application!
ABOUT THE POSITION
Currently, our client's support team consists of a mix of German, Swedish, Polish, Danish, and Finnish-speaking support agents who work together to provide the best possible service to our client's users. Our client is growing and needs to expand the German part of the support team. The need is long-term, and shifts are primarily scheduled during weekdays, but weekends may also be required. The role is flexible as you can work from anywhere and is therefore not tied to an office. To be eligible for the position, you must be available to work at least 20 hours per week.
As a customer support agent, you will primarily respond to inquiries from German, Swedish, and English-speaking customers in our client's web-based support system. These may include questions about how the service works, technical issues, account settings, sales inquiries, etc. To assist you, you will have ready-made email templates for the most common questions that you can use in your responses to customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
Respond to incoming inquiries regarding content, account settings, and sales from the company's customers via email.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is studying at a post-secondary level and has at least 1 year left of studies or has another main occupation of at least 50%
- Can work at least 20 hours per week
- Has previous experience in a service-oriented role
- Has excellent knowledge of Dutch, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written, as all external communication will occur in all these languages
It is a plus if you have:
- Previous experience in customer service and administrative work
- Excellent knowledge of Polish, Finnish, Danish, and/or Norwegian
To succeed in this role, you have the following personal qualities:
You are interested in literature and skilled at expressing yourself in writing. You are curious about how things work and have a good sense of customer service and customer interaction. As the work is independent, you also need to have good problem-solving skills and be willing to take initiative.
