Two Teams Have Openings

Team 5 - Work at the Office

Here you will receive a fixed hourly wage + commission from day one - as we can see you and check if you are sleeping on the job. You will work on-site with colleagues and leaders close at hand. Perfect for those who prefer to be on-site - but without the freedom that Team 7 offers after the introduction.

Working Hours:
Weekdays - Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00

Team 7 - Work from Home

You will start in our fast-track program with variable compensation right away. Once you are comfortable and if we see that you are delivering, there is the opportunity to switch to a fixed hourly wage + commission - the same setup and earnings as in Team 5, but with full flexibility to continue working on your terms.

You can connect to the office from your own laptop, wherever you are, with a fixed hourly wage + commission.

Working Hours:
The same as the office - weekdays, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00

Important

The position involves making phone calls throughout the workday. In your application, we would like you to briefly describe why you enjoy phone-based work and what makes you capable of and appreciate having many conversations each day with different people.

All work is done through the employer's internal system, the same system used by our office teams. You do not use a personal phone or personal phone number - the system, login, and technical tools are provided by the employer.

Clarification

All calls are made through our system. You do not call from your own phone and do not use a personal number - it works exactly the same as in the office.
