We at Middlepoint are growing and are now looking for staff in Malmö!

About the positionDo you love service and are looking for a fun and developing part-time job? Then this could be something for you! We are now looking for flexible and engaged stars to join our new team in Malmö.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in several exciting service areas, such as office reception, customer service, and conference services. Your tasks will include:

  • Welcoming employees and customers

  • Handling phone calls and emails

  • Contacting suppliers

  • Administrative work in various systems

  • Handling mail and invoices as well as deliveries

  • Bookings and orders

  • Acting as a mood manager and taking care of both visitors and employees

  • Responsible for conference rooms and rounds in the office

Who are you?We know that you are a true service star who is passionate about personal interactions and loves working with people. You work proactively and solution-oriented, always staying one step ahead. You are flexible and unpretentious, able to work both independently and in a team. We appreciate that you are energetic, driven, ambitious, and enjoy bringing new ideas. You have previous experience in service and have worked with the Office suite, as well as being fluent in Swedish and English.

EmploymentEmployment type: On-call employmentEmployment rate: As needed, you may be called in at short notice the same day as well as during planned absences, you can also apply for available shifts and enter your availability in our scheduling app.Start: End of January Working hours: Office hours, approximately 8 AM to 5 PM
