Fleet Logistics is Europe's largest independent Fleet Management company and we continue to grow! We are now looking for a dedicated administrator to join our modern office in central Malmö. Here, you will be part of a small, close-knit team that is responsible for managing our customers' vehicle fleets in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.

About the role

As an administrator with us, you will have a varied and responsible role where you become an important point of contact for both customers, drivers, and suppliers. Your tasks include:

• Managing the entire quotation and ordering process for new vehicles
• Contact with dealers and leasing companies
• Informing drivers, customers, and suppliers about vehicle orders and the vehicle fleet
• Being the contact person for fuel cards, electric charging, vehicle returns, and deliveries via email and phone
• Ensuring that our administrative system is always up to date

Who are you?

You are a meticulous and service-oriented administrator who enjoys working in a team. You have the ability to plan and organize your work even during busy periods.

Requirements:

• At least a high school education
• Several years of experience in administrative work or a degree in economics/logistics
• Good computer skills and very good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
• Very good knowledge of English
• Fluent in Swedish in speech and writing (alternatively Danish or Norwegian)

Meritorious:

• Experience from the automotive industry, leasing, finance, or insurance industry
• Knowledge of Danish and/or Norwegian
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
