About the position

We at Olivia are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our female client in Växjö. The position involves 1-3 shifts per week, with varying working hours on weekdays and weekends.

We are also looking for someone who wants to work as an assistant on an as-needed basis during the absence of regular assistants, such as during vacations or illness.

Furthermore, the client only seeks female assistants.

The working hours are variable on weekdays and weekends, daytime, evening, and sleeping shifts are available:

08:00-19:00

08:00-16:30

19:00-08:00 (8 hours of waiting time)

The tasks are as follows:

• Assist with daily routines such as household chores.

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, calm, proactive, flexible, engaged, and a good team player. You are a person who enjoys working with others and can see to the needs of others.

Requirements: Vaccinated against Covid-19. Non-smoker. Able to work sleeping shifts with waiting time.

Merits:

• Driver's license.

• Professional experience working as a personal assistant or in care or nursing homes.

Employment rate:  1 position 1-3 shifts per week. Substitute position as needed.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and may be filled before the application deadline.

To be employed, you need to have a Bank-ID. Many of our clients also require you to have ordered a criminal record extract to present upon possible employment. Things to consider before your application:

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Olivia is that you can present a valid ID and submit a certificate of personal identity and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a certificate of personal identity from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. 

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
