We offer a summer bonus!

• For those living on Gotland, we offer a bonus of up to 1500 SEK/week according to terms

• For those living on the mainland, we can offer accommodation and travel compensation of up to 1000 SEK according to terms. Limited number of accommodation places

About the role

As a summer substitute with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a large part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Personal care according to the facility's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes

• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.

• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions

• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehab staff.

You are passionate about caring for the elderly, see the individual's needs, and are engaged with their relatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in care work in elderly care

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written at least C1 level)

• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

Meritorious:

• Nursing assistant education

• Experience in delegation
