We are currently looking for a Project Economist for our client in Gothenburg, who is a leading player in the construction and civil engineering industry!

As a Project Economist, you will work in a dynamic role where you have the opportunity to develop in finance and administration. Your primary tasks will involve working on projects with administration and financial review. This includes reviewing incoming invoices, sending internal invoices, and handling external invoicing.

Furthermore, your tasks will more specifically consist of:

• Reviewing invoice documentation in close collaboration with production staff
• Posting costs according to the project's account and activity plan
• Participating in review meetings with the client
• Reviewing and keeping the diary for officials updated
• Setting up transaction lists for the client at each month-end
• Documenting cost increases in notifications
• Minute-taking
• Clothing log per person

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting and work as a consultant for our client. The position is planned to start immediately or by agreement and will last at least 6 months, with a great chance of extension or internal employment with the client. Working hours are during office hours.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a university degree in Construction and Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Has good knowledge of Excel and Word
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
