Your job at MinCFO

At MinCFO, you will be responsible for ongoing bookkeeping and work with both monthly and annual financial statements. You will have overall responsibility for the payroll process, which includes everything from reporting to payment and reporting. The role also includes developing and ensuring the quality of reporting as well as driving improvements and developing the company's processes. You will support clients with their financial monitoring and reporting, analyze their profitability, and provide advice. Is this you?

For the role of accountant, we prefer that you have at least 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably from an agency, as well as experience in independently managing accounting and financial statements. A deep understanding of the accounting flow and experience in financial management is also significant. Good system proficiency, where knowledge of Fortnox is a plus. The ability to build trust in client relationships and coach colleagues is an important part of the role. Extra points if you have run your own agency or had responsibility for your own clients. Proficiency in Swedish and English is also important to handle tasks effectively.
