As an educational leader, you will lead and coordinate our vocational higher education programs in close collaboration with the labor market. You are responsible for the quality of education, support students, and collaborate with educators, industry, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the implementation of education
• Plan and coordinate courses
• Guide students
• Be responsible for LIA (internship)
• Ensure quality and development
• Contact with MYH and administration

We are looking for someone who

• Has post-secondary education
• Is self-driven and has a results-oriented approach, with the ability to take initiative and find solutions.
• Has a strong ability to build relationships and represent our organization professionally.
• Communicates well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience as an Educational Leader in YH.
