The Finance function at Jula in Skara consists of around 20 employees responsible for supporting the various business units of the Jula Holding Group. Parts of this group work in Jula Business Partner, whose task is to support the approximately 40 subsidiaries that are not directly related to the retail operations (Jula AB & Hööks). We are now looking for an additional Finance Business Partner who wants to contribute to the group's continued expansion journey. The function currently consists of four Finance Business Partners, three Accounting Assistants, and one Accounting Manager.
In the role of Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible together with your colleagues in the department for all ongoing financial work, monthly and annual financial statements, account reconciliations, internal service, communication with authorities, etc. in one or more of the group's companies. You will act as a Business Partner to the companies' CEO and proactively support the operations in follow-up, development, and management through, among other things, budget and forecasting work as well as monthly result reviews. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing routines and processes and participate in projects, both in the subsidiary or subsidiaries you are responsible for, in your own department, and at the group level.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the department by supporting and collaborating with colleagues and other employees in the organization. There are opportunities to shape the role in a way that suits the candidate depending on experience and competence, as there is some flexibility in the role distribution within the department.
What is in your CV?
We are looking for someone with a university degree in accounting, or equivalent, and who has experience working in similar roles. You have good knowledge of independent bookkeeping and financial statement work as well as reporting and analysis. If you also have experience in group accounting, we see it as a significant advantage.
You have an interest in programs and systems and feel comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with tools such as Capego, Medius, and Infor M3 is meritorious. You are curious about and have started working with AI and automation, and see improvement potential in current processes. We also value your ability to understand and interpret regulations, laws, and agreements, such as tax and accounting rules. If you have also worked in the logistics industry, you will have significant advantages in this recruitment.
