Location: Gothenburg (on-site/hybrid) Scope: Up to 100% Assignment period: January 2026 – December 2026
Do you want to work closely with the business and help secure the right competencies for the future? We are now looking for an experienced HR Specialist with a focus on recruitment who wants to take a central role in driving professional, quality-assured, and effective recruitment processes.
About the assignment
In the role of recruiter/HR specialist, you will work closely with managers and HR. You will independently manage the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis and requirement profile to selection, assessment, and hiring.
You will also contribute to further developing methods, practices, and quality within recruitment and competency supply.
Responsibilities
Provide qualified recruitment support to managers and the organization
Independently drive the entire recruitment process
Develop and ensure the quality of requirement profiles
Conduct structured interviews and in-depth candidate assessments
Use psychological testing tools to support selection
Ensure quality, equity, and efficiency in recruitment work
Contribute to the development of the recruitment function and methods
We are looking for someone who
Has several years of experience as a recruiter or HR specialist with a focus on recruitment
Is confident in independently managing recruitment processes from start to finish
Thrives in an advisory role and builds trust with managers and colleagues
Works in a structured, professional manner and maintains high quality even in a fast-paced environment
Has a genuine interest in competency matching and business development
Qualifications
Relevant academic education in HR, personnel science, or equivalent
Certification in MAP and Matrigma
Documented experience in executive recruitment
Experience working in a business-driven organization
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Personal qualities
We see that you are communicative, responsible, and have a professional approach. You are used to working independently, taking responsibility for your assignments, and actively contributing to collaboration and development.
About the role
This is a qualified assignment at competence level 3, which means you have high competence in the field, several years of relevant experience, and the ability to take responsibility for sub-areas and guide others.
