About the Job
The Legal Department consists of two units: the operational legal and the administrative legal. Together, we are responsible for legal governance and support within the authority. The Enforcement Authority's operations include enforcement, summary proceedings, debt restructuring, and supervision in bankruptcy. We work with broad and complex law covering everything from general administrative law and digitalization law to procedural law, insolvency law, and enforcement law. At the same time, we contribute to efforts to combat crime and over-indebtedness. We also handle referrals, compensation cases, and supervision cases. An important part of our work is to support the Enforcement Authority's intensive development work.
You work with the authority's legal development and governance. In the role, you handle qualified legal issues. You contribute legal expertise, respond to referrals, and represent the authority externally when needed, both in contacts with other authorities and as an expert in government investigations.
You have many points of contact and work closely with both managers and employees. As the organization develops, we are looking for someone who thrives on change, contributes to effective solutions, and can seamlessly switch between strategic and operational perspectives.
Everyone working at the Enforcement Authority contributes to the fight against crime. Your tasks include identifying and preventing attempts at criminal activity and notifying other authorities of suspected crimes.
The department has nearly 30 employees located primarily in Sundbyberg, Gothenburg, and Malmö. Here, enforcement lawyers work alongside registrars, archivists, and data protection officers.
We are looking for one or more employees for Gothenburg, Sundbyberg, and Malmö.
