Business Developer at Västtrafik

About the Role

In the Revenue Assurance department, we work on development projects and activities to ensure Västtrafik's ticket revenues and create value for our paying customers. The role of business developer is both operational and development-oriented, where you initiate and drive improvements and development in the short and long term.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and driving revenue assurance activities across all our modes of transport.
• Implementing initiatives that strengthen customer-facing employees and key roles.
• Contributing to the development of relevant parts of contract models.
• Collaborating closely with internal key roles that are important for the assignment.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Several years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in follow-up, analysis, and coordination.
• Experience in change management and/or project management is preferred.
• Experience in data analysis and contract management is considered a merit.
• Good knowledge of Swedish.
