About the Position

As a Controller, you will belong to the finance team and report to and work closely with the CFO. This is a role with significant opportunities for development, where your curiosity and interest play a crucial role.

You will collaborate closely with project managers and support the organization through analysis and follow-up that drives development. The role combines operational controlling with a focus on building and developing in Business Central, where you will have the opportunity to focus on data, proper setup, and development.

In your role, you will also be involved and assist with accounting and financial closing. You will be part of a team that works both operationally and strategically to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Project navigation and follow-up
• Analysis and follow-up of KPIs as decision support
• Support in budget and forecasting processes
• Responsible for the company's ERP and BI tools, including setup and development
• Involved in financial closing work
• Administrative systems support for other functions within the company
• Drive change processes in the area
• Challenge and educate other functions within your area of responsibility
• Responsible for asset register
• Ensure that all activities in the projects comply with applicable legislation, industry standards, and ethical and moral principles.
• Assist in accounting and invoice management

Suitable Background

You have an academic degree in finance and a few years of experience in Business Controlling, where you have been involved in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, and you want to continue developing in this area. You have a strong interest in systems and data, with good knowledge of Excel and/or BI tools to work with data processing. You also have a good foundational understanding of accounting and have been involved in the financial closing process. You are confident in and communicate well in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

It is a plus if you have previously been involved in system implementation and possibly also development. Familiarity with Power BI and/or Business Central is also a plus.

You thrive in a development-oriented environment where you can work independently but are always part of a team with close collaboration and involvement in each other's areas.
