Do you want to work with providing top-class service to Bostadsbolaget's tenants? We are currently looking for two service-oriented colleagues to join our customer service team.

As a customer representative, you will be responsible for handling and responding to inquiries from our tenants via phone, digitally, and at our reception. Therefore, you play a very important role as your job is a central part of Bostadsbolaget's service.

We have undergone a transformation process where our customer service is now the main contact point for all matters and inquiries. Our mission is to make it easy and clear to get in touch with us and to ensure that every tenant receives a smooth and professional experience. The goal is increased accessibility, better service, and a customer experience that truly makes a difference.

Our customer service work is based on Bostadsbolaget's values, which can be summarized with the keywords joy, togetherness, and challenge. This ensures that we act based on a shared perspective on how we meet each other as colleagues, our tenants, and others we come into contact with. For us, collaboration is central. We help each other and work together with the management districts and central support functions to guide the tenant in the best way.

Responsibilities

The Customer Service unit is a significant part of Bostadsbolaget's outward face. As an employee, you have the important task of listening to and assisting our tenants and others with questions, matters, and complaints related to our housing and associated community assignments. You will receive reports of issues and respond to inquiries about everything from parking and waste management to rent payments and how to apply for an apartment. Sometimes you will solve the customer's problem yourself; other times, you will refer them to the right person.

Your main task is to take responsibility for the customer's case regardless of the contact method. We meet customers via phone, email/app, reception, and out in our areas. In addition, you will be expected to:

  • Contribute content to our knowledge database.
  • Actively work on process development.
  • Work goal-oriented and carry out decided activities.

As a member of Customer Service, you play a key role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our tenants by being attentive to their needs. An important part of creating customer satisfaction is also to follow up, provide feedback, and collect input that we share internally to continuously improve our work.

The Customer Service team consists of 12 people and is part of the Management Department. We sit together on Engelbrektsgatan in central Gothenburg.

Qualifications

We are looking for a person with high social competence and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service to customers. We are looking for someone who is good at listening and understanding the tenant's situation. You have the ability to adapt the dialogue to the person you are communicating with. At the same time, you are solution-focused, proactive, and driven by creating high customer satisfaction.

To thrive in this role, you need to be comfortable working in a changing environment, where the workflow and the questions being answered constantly vary. This means that no day is the same, and you must be able to handle both stressful situations and challenging conversations.

You are self-driven and see it as natural to ensure that the cases and tasks you work on are completed. You are a team player who finds it easy to ask for help and also helps colleagues with questions that arise.

We want you to:

  • Have a high school education and possibly additional training.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, call center, or similar.
  • Have good Swedish in both spoken and written form and be proficient in English.
  • Have experience with digital tools, preferably Lime or similar case management systems.
