About the job
In the Quality & Development department, all support functions within the Preschool and Primary School Administration are gathered.
As a financial administrator, you will be part of a team where the department's economists and financial administrators together are responsible for the administration's overall financial work both towards the principals at our units and department heads.
We are therefore looking for an experienced and self-driven Financial Administrator who wants to work with qualified financial administrative support within the preschool and primary school administration. The role is central to ensuring quality and efficiency in financial processes.
Job Responsibilities
As a financial administrator, you will:
- Be responsible for information and quality work within financial administration, including support and training of administrators.
- Provide support to Raindance users and administrators regarding invoices, coding, and accounting rules, as well as develop guides and tools.
- Support economists with budget and follow-up work, including preparing materials and compilations.
- Participate in interim and annual financial statements as well as budget work.
- Be responsible for the internal management of state grants.
- Administer investments, various invoicing, and payments.
- Perform other finance-related tasks such as reconciliations, reporting, and substituting economists as needed.
Who are we looking for?
- Are meticulous, structured, and have good analytical skills.
- Enjoy working both independently and in close collaboration with others.
- Have good communication skills and can explain financial issues in a pedagogical manner.
- Have the ability to structure and prioritize work, even under time pressure and in a changing environment.
Qualifications
- University education or vocational training or equivalent in finance.
- Several years of experience in independent financial work.
- Good understanding of accounting rules and financial processes.
- Very good knowledge of Excel.
It is advantageous if you have:
- Knowledge and experience from the financial system Raindance.
- Experience in project accounting.
- Experience from financial work in public operations.

Interviews are scheduled to be held on January 27, 2026. As a complement to the interview, work samples may be used.
For positions where a teacher's certificate/diploma/study certificate is required, this must be submitted before employment.
