Commercial Properties is in an expansion phase and is looking for a property analyst who wants to contribute to creating high quality and business acumen in our transaction processes. We are located in the cozy area of Sockerbruket in Gothenburg but have colleagues across the country. We offer a stimulating work environment where we thrive and develop.

About the role
As an analyst in transaction advisory, you will work closely with our advisors and business teams. The role is both broad and developing, and you will use your analytical skills to create valuable insights that enable transactions. To thrive, it is important that you have an interest in the real estate market, market monitoring, and business acumen.

You will, among other things:

• conduct market analyses and follow trends across all property segments
• work with financial analyses, cash flows, yield assessments, and internal valuations
• participate in investment and transaction work, including Pre-DD and DD processes
• contribute to structured data collection, quality assurance, and maintenance of internal registers

In addition, you will have contact with clients and partners, participate in meetings, present analyses, and represent us in industry networks. The role also includes some business support, including dialogue with authorities and external consultants.

Your experience
We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree, for example in economics, finance, real estate, or similar. You preferably have a few years of experience in property analysis, transaction work, or another analytical role related to the real estate industry. You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English and have good computer skills, especially in the Office suite. Experience with tools such as Datscha, Kliva (Fastighetsloggen), and Avima is an advantage.
