Your mission
As an HR strategist at the Corporate Staff HR, you will work region-wide and belong to the department for competence supply and employer issues. Your mission includes developing and coordinating the region's employer issues within contracts and negotiations, crisis preparedness, and civil defense. The role also includes providing qualified advice, expert support, labor law issues, and monitoring the external environment, particularly related to preparedness and civil defense. You will also work on producing decision-making documents, governing documents, responding to motions and consultations, and following up on issues within the work area. The work involves close collaboration with actors both within and outside the Västra Götaland Region.

Your profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- A university degree in HR, human resources, law, or another field that the employer deems equivalent.
- Several years of deep experience in qualified HR work, especially in contracts, negotiations, and labor law, preferably within a larger public organization.
- Experience and knowledge in crisis preparedness and civil defense, with a strong interest in developing in the area being meritorious.
- Knowledge and interest in leading and coordinating development work and processes
- Experience in developing and implementing governing documents
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
