We are now looking for a Case Officer (Planning Officer) for a long-term consulting assignment with a socially important authority in the energy sector. In this role, you will manage and coordinate referrals and cases from authorities, network owners, and courts. The assignment involves safeguarding the client's interests and contributing to the expansion and reinvestment of transmission networks and associated facilities.

You will be part of a unit within community planning consisting of case officers, community contacts, and coordinators. The team is characterized by collaboration, open dialogue, and an inclusive work environment. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to business development.

As a case officer, you will be responsible for:

• Handling and coordinating referrals according to relevant legislation

• Preparing and formulating responses to referrals related to, for example:

  • Road plans

  • Nature reserves and area protection

  • Solar and wind power parks

  • Battery storage

  • Concession applications from network owners

• Ensuring that the client's interests are clearly stated in opinions

• Having many points of contact both internally and externally

• Contributing to more efficient processing and shorter lead times

• Participating in business development within the unit

You must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience in community planning with a focus on case management according to the Planning and Building Act

• Academic education in community planning or other education deemed equivalent

• Good knowledge of relevant legislation, such as:

  • Environmental Code

  • Electricity Act

  • Road Act

  • Planning and Building Act

• Very good Swedish in speech and writing

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in the field

• Ability to independently perform defined tasks
