At Tingstad, we are currently looking for Finnish-speaking customer service representatives to join our in-house customer service team at our headquarters in Gothenburg. The position is a combined Swedish and Finnish-speaking customer service role, primarily focusing on the Finnish market and our Finnish B2B customers.

About the role

As a customer service representative with us, you are an important part of the customer experience and an ambassador for Tingstad's brand. You work closely with our customers and assist them in their daily lives through professional, solution-oriented, and engaged service.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Handling incoming calls and inquiries from Finnish corporate customers
• Order registration, complaints, and product inquiries
• Questions regarding contracts, prices, deliveries, and transportation
• Customer contact via multiple channels – phone, email, and digital systems

You primarily work with the Finnish market, but also have customer contact in Swedish for the Swedish market. You will be part of a team with strong commitment, high sense of responsibility, and good cohesion. We support each other – both in work and in language development.

Customer service at Tingstad operates weekdays during office hours – no evenings or weekends.

We would like you to:

• Be social, communicative, and solution-oriented
• Have good computer skills and administrative abilities
• Be comfortable with customer contact in Finnish and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have a positive attitude and a desire to develop
