We are now looking for someone to join our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Vänersborg. Service and care for people and the environment are always our focus. The position is part-time at 50%, and the working hours may vary.

The position is temporary from 2026-02-02 to 2026-08-31.

Your role as a salesperson with us

Work in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, manage the stockroom, and restock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast-paced environment, and pleasant encounters characterize the work with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (20 years old) to serve customers who can shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a great customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and until after closing.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to help us achieve our common goals.
• Has a flexible attitude, a curious mindset to learn new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.
• Has a high school or vocational education.

Experience in retail, service work, and/or with food and beverages is an advantage.
