Since our inception, Klimathjälpen has been driven by two key words: development and community. We have built a team of driven environmental consultants that are more like a family than a company. At Klimathjälpen, we win together and lose together. Now we are looking for a team leader for events who shares our ambition to always get a little better every day.

Who are we?

Klimathjälpen works to raise awareness about the environment and reduce annual carbon dioxide emissions. Our goal is to help as many people as possible become more aware of the environment and reduce their climate impact.

We do this, among other things, through the sale of carbon offsetting. Compensating for your carbon emissions means removing the same amount of carbon dioxide that you emit. A simple, popular, and easy-to-sell product.

What does the job entail?

As a Team Leader at Klimathjälpen, you will be responsible for budgeting, recruiting, and training new and existing employees. You won't just put your feet up on the desk; you will actively meet with your salespeople and customers. Additionally, you will sell yourself in true team spirit. You practice what you preach, lead by example, and inspire your employees.

You are a competitive person who helps your salespeople thrive and perform at work.
