Do you want to work closely with our customers while being a key person in the development of our offerings in savings and pensions? We are now looking for an experienced personal advisor in savings and pensions – preferably with leadership qualities and the ability to help others grow.

This is a role for you who want to combine pensions, savings, and investments, while also serving as a spider in the web for knowledge dissemination within the organization.

About the position

As a personal advisor focusing on savings and pensions, you are responsible for providing qualified advice to private customers. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with our advisors in the offices.

In your role, you will:

• Focus on savings, investments, and pension solutions.

• Support ambassadors and colleagues at each office in savings and pensions.

• Contribute to business development by sharing knowledge, coaching, and inspiring colleagues, while also having your own customer responsibility and senior advisory role.

• Ensure that the customer receives an optimal overall solution, which means you also need to work with the entire banking business based on the customer's needs.

• Have customer responsibility - the role suits you who truly enjoy meetings and building relationships.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in savings, investments, and pensions – or a strong interest and willingness to deepen your knowledge.

• Holds a Swedsec advisor license, mortgage license, and preferably additional licenses in pensions and insurance.

• Has leadership qualities and the ability to engage others – you enjoy coaching colleagues, driving development, and being the one who holds the collaboration together in the organization.

• Is confident, communicative, and builds trust in meetings with both customers and colleagues.

• Has analytical skills and enjoys finding well-thought-out overall solutions.

• Likes to meet customers and be where the action is.
