About the position

- You will provide support to the company's CEO with various administrative tasks. This means planning and booking meetings and travel. Meeting management and planning, creating agendas and materials, writing minutes, and follow-ups. You will prepare reports and documentation where you will need to investigate, collect, and analyze existing data. In addition, you will support by preparing presentations and meetings.

- You will also assist the management team with various events and activities. You will prepare and execute these projects, be responsible for documentation and follow-up, collect feedback during the project, and ensure that the timeline is maintained.

- You will be responsible for invoice management and purchases for our offices in Stockholm and Borås. Furthermore, you will coordinate on-site activities such as employer branding initiatives, onboarding training, larger meetings and training sessions, and HR activities.

We are looking for someone who is/has:

Post-secondary education.

1-2 years of experience working with administration and finance.

Fluent in spoken and written Swedish.

Experience with the Office suite and excellent knowledge of Visma.

Good communication skills, where you easily build relationships and collaborate with internal and external parties.

Structured, meticulous, and places great emphasis on details.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Flexible, driven, and self-sufficient team player.

Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

Stress-resistant, unpretentious, and solution-oriented.

Ability to adapt to different people and environments.

Experience working with programs such as Visma or the Office suite.

Working hours are scheduled during regular office hours, Monday to Friday, and you will be based at the office located in Borås. The position starts with a six-month probationary period. Travel may occur both in Sweden and abroad. We consider it an advantage if you have a background in sports or have worked with sports or training.
