We are looking for a new team member for our customer service in Gothenburg who wants to take on the challenge of continuing to have Sweden's most satisfied customers. As a customer service representative, you will work with brands within the commercial operations; Vy Bus4You, Vy Flygbussarna, and Vy express. This is a role for you who enjoy meeting customers in an environment with occasionally high tempo among people on their way in everyday life. Responsibilities

With us, you will be the face and voice to our guests at our sales office at Nils Ericson Terminal in central Gothenburg. In this role, you will also assist as a host when needed. Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Meeting our guests in-store and over the phone
• Answering questions via email/forms and social media
• Assisting as a host at departures. This may occur both at the terminal in Gothenburg and at Landvetter Airport. As a host, you provide our guests with the best service by assisting with luggage during boarding and answering questions while ensuring that the buses depart on time.
• Daily contact and collaboration with others within the company, such as traffic management or drivers

Qualifications

• High school education
• Experience in sales or customer service work
• Very good knowledge (spoken and written) in Swedish and English
• Experience working in various types of systems, preferably some sales system, travel booking system, and/or back-office system
• Experience from the travel industry and knowledge of other languages is an advantage

We offer

The position is a permanent employment where a 6-month probationary period applies. Start is immediate. Many tasks are scheduled on weekdays sometime between 7 AM and 6 PM, but weekend work also occurs. Since we are a business that never stands still, work during holidays and red days also occurs. Individual salary setting and conditions according to the Employee Agreement.
