Do you want to use communication to create real impact in change? ✨We are now looking for a communication specialist who wants to drive digital transformation through clear, engaging, and strategic communication.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of digitalization, change, and communication. Your focus will be to create understanding, engagement, and direction in an organization undergoing a digital transformation.

The work largely revolves around how people:

• 👥 adopt new ways of working

• 💻 use digital tools

• 🔄 understand and engage in change

You will operate both strategically and operationally, translating overarching goals into communication that makes a difference – and serving as an active support in the change process.

• Drive and develop communication related to change initiatives

• Translate strategy into clear and thoughtful messages

• Create high-quality communication materials

• Utilize AI as an active support in communication efforts

• Contribute to strengthening the organization's development and working methods

• Practical and strategic experience in communication within change processes

• Relevant education in communication or equivalent competence

• Documented experience working with AI in communication contexts

• Excellent ability to produce high-quality communication materials ✍️

• Experience in producing simpler video materials 🎬

• Experience leading workshops or training sessions
