Do you want to work with accounts receivable in a stable company with clear processes and strong brands? NorDan is now looking for an accountant focused on accounts receivable to our head office in Tanumshede.

Here you will have the opportunity to work with varied tasks that combine local operations, national collaboration, and group-wide initiatives. As part of our finance team, you contribute to ensuring quality, structure, and efficiency in our financial flows.

About the role

As an accountant focusing on accounts receivable, you will work broadly within accounts receivable and accounting, with close collaboration within the finance department and with other parts of the organization. The role is primarily operational but also includes follow-up, analysis, and participation in monthly and annual financial closing.

Responsibilities

  • Management of accounts receivable: invoicing, payments, reminders, and collections
  • Credit and limit controls as well as customer setup
  • Advance invoicing, credit notes, and monthly invoicing
  • Reconciliation of accounts receivable, accounts, and customs-related flows
  • Approval of trade invoices and backup within invoicing
  • Supporting documentation for financial closing, reports, analyses, and budgeting
  • Participation in monthly and annual financial closing, annual reports, and tax declarations

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent experience
  • Experience in accounts receivable and financial administration
  • Good understanding of accounting, VAT, and invoicing regulations
  • Familiarity with business systems and excellent Excel skills
  • Experience with electronic invoicing, financial closing work, or customs/export flows is advantageous
  • Good digital competence and communication skills in Swedish and English

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period, full-time. Start date and salary according to agreement.
