Your Role

Are you a student looking to work every other weekend, as well as full-time in the summer, in an important and meaningful role at Länsförsäkringar Alarm Center? Then the role of Alarm Operator is perfect for you!

As an Alarm Operator, you will handle incoming alarms from private and corporate customers or work with claims support for all Länsförsäkringar customers. This involves fire, burglary, and operational alarms where you assess the situation and then deploy the appropriate assistance. For us, the customer is at the center, and one of our most important goals is to create satisfied and secure customers who increase their engagement with Länsförsäkringar's entire product range. You will work with both incoming and outgoing calls as well as follow-ups on previous cases. You will also handle first-line support regarding our products and services. The shifts are daytime from 06:00 to 18:00 every other weekend (and full-time during the summer) starting as soon as possible.

For this assignment, you will be a consultant through Clevry and work at Älvsborgs Alarm Center.

Start: As soon as possible in January/February 2026

Office: Borås.

Scope/Working Hours: The shifts are daytime from 06:00 to 18:00 every other weekend (with OB compensation) throughout 2026. During the summer, we would like you to work full-time but during regular office hours, i.e., 8 hours/day.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to customers on the alarm center's services and products and report these further to second-line support if the issue is not resolved.
  • Continuously document customer cases and agreements in the organization's system support.
  • Conduct work according to the governing documents, processes, and work instructions that are prescribed.
  • Participate in and utilize the information presented at regular internal meetings, intranet, and other information channels.
  • Check the installers' work during installation.
  • Be an advisor when other functions or employees seek competency support.
  • Participate in project work at both departmental and corporate levels.

Your Profile

We see that you are available for work every other weekend throughout 2026 and full-time during the summer of 2026. We are looking for someone who wants to provide our customers with world-class security and, through your engagement, always strives to exceed customer expectations. It is a plus if you have experience in customer service via phone. Experience in any form of security company and/or insurance company is also advantageous. We also want you to have good IT skills and the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing. Since the customer works with security and safety in our customers' homes, you must have a clean police record to be approved for work in a security company.

As a person, you need to be proactive, have high social competence, and a strong sense of responsibility. We see that you are communicative and good at interpreting both written and spoken information and making decisions based on that so that our customer always feels safe and cared for. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and are willing to take your own initiatives during your shift. You need to master Swedish in speech and writing and have good knowledge of English.
