Your Role

As a Technical Quotation Engineer, you will be an important part of our team working with quotation management and technical consulting in valves and automation. You will receive and analyze requests for proposals from customers, ensure that the right information is in place, and create technically and commercially well-thought-out offers.

You will work closely with our external salespeople, product specialists, and colleagues in areas such as projects, purchasing, logistics, and production. The role offers significant personal responsibility, but also close collaboration in a team where we are happy to help each other.

As a newcomer, you will receive a thorough introduction with internal training in our products and systems, as well as the opportunity to shadow a more experienced colleague in the team.

You will, among other things:

• Prepare bids that technically meet the customer's requirements – with the right product for the right application.
• Work with price calculations and technical estimates.
• Size valves and suggest suitable solutions.
• Advise customers on valve solutions and applications.
• Have daily contact with suppliers via phone and email.
• Handle order placement as needed.
• Take a coordinating role in larger requests, sometimes with project management elements.

Who We Think You Are

You have a strong technical interest and enjoy understanding how things work – especially at the intersection of technology and business. You are confident in dialogue with customers and thrive in a role where structure, precision, and service go hand in hand.

We believe that you:

• Have post-secondary education, preferably with a technical focus in areas such as automation or control technology.
• Have at least a few years of experience in a sales-oriented or technical role.
• Are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented.
• Have good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• It is advantageous if you have:
• Worked in business systems, preferably Business Central or Navision.
• Experience with CRM systems, such as LIME.
• Previously worked in the process industry.
