At Happy Flow Logistics, customer service is more than just answering questions; it is a central part of how the entire business operates. We are now looking for someone to step into the role of Customer Service Coordinator and take a comprehensive approach to customer dialogue, order flows, and daily problem-solving at our office in Kungälv. You may have a few years of experience in a customer-facing role within logistics or order management and understand that it is in the interaction between people, systems, and flows that you make the biggest difference. About the position
This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the business and wants to work broadly with both customer service and order management. You will be the primary contact point for Happy Flow's B2B customers via phone and email. As the sole person in the customer service function, you will take on significant responsibility in a fast-paced environment while also having the opportunity to influence how workflows and processes develop over time. At Happy Flow, customer service is not a support function on the periphery; it is an obvious and important part of the whole.
You will work with
- Managing order placement, order follow-up, and daily administration related to customer cases
- Coordinating questions regarding inventory, incoming and outgoing deliveries, and discrepancies
- Handling returns and complaints with customers and transport companies
- Booking transports and preparing shipping documents
- Monitoring inventory levels and understanding how orders, purchases, and deliveries affect each other
- Collaborating closely with warehouse staff and the warehouse manager to ensure smooth flows
- Contributing improvement suggestions, structure, and development of workflows as the company grows
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in customer service, preferably in combination with order management
- Has worked in logistics, warehousing, transport, or related fields
- Understands business flows and how orders, purchases, inventory, and transports are interconnected
- Is familiar with business systems and has good system skills (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Is communicative, confident in dialogue with customers, and enjoys collaborating
- Dares to take initiative, ask questions, and learn along the way
As a person, you are curious, responsible, and enjoy working independently in a role where much is happening simultaneously. You have a natural drive and are eager to take initiative while being unpretentious. You are willing to test, make decisions, and see mistakes as part of the learning process.
You are communicative and confident in dialogue with both customers and colleagues, and you easily build trust. With your holistic view and understanding of business flows, you have the ability to quickly immerse yourself in new contexts, find information, and drive cases all the way to resolution. In short, you are a doer who enjoys pace, variety, and being an important part of the whole.
Experience with customs and export/import processes as well as handling complaints with transport companies is a plus. Great emphasis is placed on personality, drive, and the willingness to develop together with Happy Flow.
About the employment
This is a direct recruitment where you will be employed by Happy Flow Logistics.
Location: Kungälv
Working hours: 07:00–16:00 (some flexibility available)
Start: Immediately
Salary: Fixed monthly salary
