About the role of Customer Success Agent
In the role of Customer Success Agent, you act as a bridge between the customer and the sales team, ensuring that customers get the most benefit from Boomr’s products. Once a sale is completed, you will be responsible for onboarding the organization’s digital services to customers primarily through phone and video meetings. Physical onboarding meetings may also occur in the role. You will also follow up with customers through ongoing dialogues to provide good customer service, act on leads, and listen for new needs from the customer. Your main focus initially will be onboarding Boomr’s services “Boomr Contract” and “Digital Logbooks,” and as you become more comfortable, you will also add new services to your product portfolio.

During the first two weeks, you will receive a thorough introduction and have a mentor who provides you with the right conditions for the role. You will work closely with BackOffice, the sales departments, and your team members within Customer Success – consisting of one colleague and the team leader. Furthermore, you will handle ongoing inquiries from customers and actively work with administration.

Main responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Boomr’s digital services for existing and new customers, primarily “Boomr Contract” and “Digital Logbooks.”
  • Responsible for planning and booking onboarding meetings and conducting these via phone, video, and physical meetings.
  • Building relationships with customers and acting as a bridge to the sales department with leads.
  • Following up and ensuring that Boomr’s customers use the products.


About you
We are looking for someone with previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B sales, customer support, or retail work. You speak fluent Swedish and English and are accustomed to navigating various tasks and learning new systems.

As a person, we are looking for someone with a warm demeanor who is keen on building trustworthy relationships. To succeed in the role, you gain energy from customer contact and have a natural inclination for service. You are proactive and thrive in a coordinating role where you are used to working in a structured manner.

Important for the role is:

  • Previous work experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B sales, customer support, or retail work.
  • Being communicative and structured.
  • Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
  • Good system proficiency.

Practical information
Start: By agreement.
Scope: Permanent employment, Boomr applies a 6-month probation period.
Location: Engelbrektsgatan 71.
Salary: Fixed monthly salary + bonus.
