JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position of Marketing Coordinator at Lely Center is a temporary position starting in May 2026 until February 2027. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and executing various marketing activities for Lely Center. The goal is to increase brand awareness, generate sales leads, and achieve maximum customer satisfaction. You will also ensure that all marketing activities adhere to Lely's standards and guidelines. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Organizing various events, such as open houses on farms, and participating in fairs to further promote Lely

• Managing the CRM system to provide colleagues with relevant data about customers and our business area

• Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and reporting the results internally

• Developing a marketing and communication plan, as well as monitoring the available marketing budget

• Creating and managing various marketing channels and providing relevant content (newsletters, social media, Lely Center's website, printed materials, and more)

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We believe that you who are applying have a relevant education and good experience in managing various CRM systems (Salesforce is a big plus). Your ability to build and maintain relationships combined with your initiative will be of great benefit in this role. Furthermore, we believe that you understand the importance of being proactive, that your prioritization skills are good, and that you thrive best in a dynamic organization. Experience in the dairy industry is an advantage.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position of marketing coordinator is a full-time temporary position. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant at Lely Center in Lidköping.
