We are currently seeking a senior Business Developer / Technical Program Manager for a consulting assignment focused on strategy, product development, and commercialization within Charging & Energy Software Products. This assignment is suitable for you who have a strong business drive, solid experience in product and program management, and are accustomed to working in complex, international environments.

About the Assignment

In this role, you will actively contribute to the development, prioritization, and rollout of software-based products and services in charging and energy. You will work closely with a Software Product Management team and collaborate with several cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategy into concrete roadmaps, business cases, and market launches.

The assignment combines strategic work with operational execution and requires a good ability to drive parallel initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze market and competitive trends
• Conduct market analyses and market size assessments
• Develop business cases together with product owners and finance
• Translate strategy into priorities, product roadmaps, and launch plans
• Coordinate and align internal stakeholders in a matrix organization
• Lead and coordinate external partners and suppliers together with procurement
• Drive and coordinate cross-functional workstreams for product launches
• Support scaling and further development of the business in a cost-effective manner

Deliverables

• Management and further development of Charging & Energy products according to short- and medium-term
• Active contribution to long-term strategy and product roadmap
• Clear decision-making basis for priorities and investments

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management and/or Business Development
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Charging and/or Energy
• Experience from OEMs, energy companies, utility companies, or management/technical consulting firms
• Documented experience in developing business cases and market analyses
• Good understanding of software-based products and/or SaaS
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of vehicle technology and digital technical enablers
• Experience in international and matrix-driven organizations
• Additional language skills beyond English
