Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a storekeeper buyer who will be responsible for serving Renova's internal and external customers with materials and spare parts. Since you will also support technicians with spare parts, it is important that you have experience working with spare parts for mechanical engineering and feel confident in the area. Our store is equipped with modern automated storage systems as well as picking shelves and pallet racks.

You will work with:

• Responsible for purchasing, ordering, and invoice management of services, materials, and spare parts.
• Assist in procurement assignments and practical procurement questions.
• Receive and load materials, check goods, and manage the intake and delivery of items from the store.
• Inventory and dispose of items in the store.
• Invoicing, registration, inventory, and management and disposal of items in the systems, as well as system maintenance/register care.
• When necessary, carry out direct purchases and have operational contact with suppliers, including invoice management/administration and supplier control.
• Support and assist other units within the workshop as needed.
• Responsible for developing a spare parts plan in consultation with the operations managers within the workshop.
• Responsible for sampling and monitoring the consumption of washing, chemicals, and water.
• Supervision of repair and maintenance of facilities, machines, and equipment.
• Perform internal and external transport assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience working with technology and spare parts for inventory
• High school competence in a technical/mechanical field, purchasing, inventory, or equivalent
• Good experience with IT systems, preferably for inventory management and invoicing
• Driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

• Very good experience in purchasing, inventory management, and excellent workshop technical knowledge
• Good ability to organize and prioritize
• Forklift license
• Knowledge of LOU/LUF
